DANCE

English, math and science classes are standard components of school curriculum, but dance deserves a spot in the schedule too. Teaching dance in schools has significant benefits for children’s personal development.Children learn to express their emotions through movement, and the focus that dance demands can help them find greater stability in their lives and form stronger self-identities.  On a larger level, students create strong bonds with one another through dance, and parents and faculty are also connected through the dance activities of their children and students.

DRAMA

Dramatic activity is already a natural part of most children’s lives before they start school in the form of make-believe play, enabling them to make sense of their own identity by exploring meaningful fictional situations that have parallels in the real world. Drama games are an important part of any drama curriculum because they can teach valuable theater skills while allowing students to have fun, build confidence, stretch their imagination and grow as an ensemble.Drama gives children opportunities to explore, discuss and deal with difficult issues and to express their emotions in a supportive environment.
